Read: Appetite for Distraction
By: Bryan user profileDescription: Appetite for Distraction isn't your average gag a day comic. No sir. For that it would have to come out daily. Which it doesn't. It would also have to be average. Which it might not be. But it's mom still loves it either way. Rather it is a densely packed and stirring narrative that takes a deep and moving look at the human condition. (Are you believing any of this? -Bryan) The strip is produced by creator/writer/artist Bryan "the Imp" Imhoff and follows the day to day life of the Imp, a part time comic artist and full time procrastinator. It's cast includes Imp's roommate Teed, friends and co-workers, and an ever growing menagerie of the bizarre. The strip portrays a bleak and gritty world where zombie penguins lurk in every freezer, koalas struggle with depression each and every day, and goats randomly faint for no reason at all. (Bleak and gritty are good buzzwords right? Should I have said emo koalas? -Bryan)
