Description: -A restart of an older comic- Not every person with superpowers has the potential to become a superhero. Some powers are too weak, or just not useful. Instead of trying to create powers from scratch, a common strategy is to improve the ineffective. Twenty-year-old Annie Chang is one of many who can contain energy inside her body, even replenish it biologically. They plan to attempt to take her, and other "batteries" and increase this natural charge, hoping it'll allow them to power superhuman mechanical suits.
